I have broken it out to four “Basic Values” ( http://bit.ly/Basic_Values ) that act as a compass and reveal much more of a person’s nature than other systems I have seen. Built by detailing out George Lakoff’s two family ideas; I think the Left or Right ideology can be defined almost from just those four “Values” alone. It is worthy to note that the lineup is not totally as expected as any dictatorship falls into the same packet, and some who think they are Conservative, can have very “Liberal”values that they do not suspect are “Liberal” based on definitions they have been told. So unlike other spectrums there are the “Monsters of the Id”on one end and folk like MLK and Gandhi at the other, and half crazy is still not half sane.

It is in that divide the “Deliberateness” of the behavior gets a bit more complicated, as if one has the ideology that “winning”is best the more others lose, and compromise is losing, then the line between ideology and psychopathy vanishes like Ayn Rand logic.
